Verified Against Official Standards

Our validator uses the exact XSD schemas and technical specifications published by Luxembourg's Administration de l'Enregistrement, des Domaines et de la TVA (AED) at pfi.public.lu.

Important: FAIA v2.01 has remained unchanged since 31 January 2013. This stability ensures long-term compliance and reliable validation. Our validator was verified against these official sources in November 2025.

XSD Schema Files

The three official XML Schema Definition (XSD) files that define the exact structure and validation rules for FAIA files:

  • FAIA_v_2.01_full.xsd – Full version with all 12 MasterFiles tables and complete transaction data
  • FAIA_v_2.01_reduced_version_A.xsd – Simplified schema for smaller businesses
  • FAIA_v_2.01_reduced_version_B.xsd – Alternative reduced schema variant

Verification Status

Our validation engine was last verified against these official sources in November 2025. All XSD schemas, business rules, and validation logic match the official Luxembourg AED specifications published on 31 January 2013.

Next verification: We continuously monitor pfi.public.lu for any updates or changes to FAIA specifications. As of November 2025, FAIA v2.01 remains the current standard with no changes since 2013.
